for water regulator

Ofwat, like all the other regulators in the UK keep on an eye on water companies from a consumer perspective.

I always try to make the covers of their annual reports a bit quirky and airy, as the insides are rather heavy going. Last year's cover features their mission statement being obliterated by water.
